From First Consultation to Delivery
Manus Plastic Co., Ltd. manages the entire plastic manufacturing process for our customers — from understanding your requirements, through die design, trial production, full production, and quality inspection, to final delivery — so the finished part matches what was agreed at every step.
Step 01
Consultation
You share your part's design, size, material, quantity, and intended use with our team. A complete technical drawing isn't required — customers with only photos, a sample part, or a rough idea are welcome to reach out, and our team will help assess initial feasibility.
Step 02
Die Design & Development
Our team evaluates and designs a die matched to your part's cross-section, based on size, shape, and the material selected together with the customer. This step may reuse the customer's existing die where available, or develop a new one to the specified design.
Step 03
Trial Production
We produce sample parts for your review before full production begins, checking them against the technical drawing or sample you provided. If adjustments are needed, our team refines the die or the production process until you approve the sample.
Step 04
Full Production
Once you approve the sample, our team runs full production on the plastic extruder according to the agreed quantity and terms. The extrusion process keeps the part's cross-section and dimensions consistent throughout the run.
Step 05
Quality Inspection
We check size, shape, surface finish, color, and other key details before packing, so the parts delivered match what was agreed with you in the earlier steps.
Step 06
Delivery
We pack parts appropriately for the product and shipping distance, then deliver on the agreed schedule, with further guidance on storage or use whenever needed.
